Frequently asked questions
How is an AI Agent different from an ordinary chatbot?
An ordinary chatbot follows a fixed decision tree: as soon as a question falls outside the script, it stalls. An AI agent interprets what people write, looks the answer up in your company's knowledge base and can query your systems for concrete data, such as the status of an order. It also recognises when a conversation should be handed to a person.
Can it connect to the systems I already use?
Yes, as long as the system offers some route in: an API, database access, scheduled exports or webhooks. We work with CRMs, ERPs, e-commerce platforms and spreadsheets. During the assessment we check what each tool exposes before committing to an integration.
How much does a project cost?
We do not publish list prices because the range is very wide: a landing page and a system integrated with three platforms are not comparable. After a first conversation we send a proposal with scope and stages, so you know exactly what each figure covers.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope. We work in increments, so you see working functionality well before the end. The proposal includes a timeline with concrete milestones rather than a single date at the finish.
Which technologies do you use?
We choose the tool to fit the problem. We work with modern web technologies, relational databases and the main language models on the market for agents. We avoid locking you into a platform you cannot leave later.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. A project does not end when it goes live: there are adjustments, improvements and growth. We agree the support arrangement together with the proposal.
How do you handle my company's information?
The agent's knowledge base and any data we integrate are used solely for your project. From the outset we define what information goes in and what stays out, with access limited to what is needed.
